Hello Etoren team, thank you again for your reply and clarifications. I would like to kindly ask for one more detail regarding the packaging. You mentioned that the box may be unsealed as the device is activated for export purposes. Could you please clarify who exactly performs this activation and why it is required? Is it done by Xiaomi officially, or by Etoren before shipping? For my purchase, it is very important that the phone is shipped to me in its original factory-sealed packaging with intact seals, without being opened for activation or other checks. Hello Etoren team, thank you for your clarification regarding the Xiaomi 15 5G (12GB/512GB). I fully understand your note about activating devices for export purposes. However, for me it is essential that the phone is delivered in its original factory condition, with the box completely sealed and all seals intact. This is my condition for purchasing the device from your store. If the unit cannot be supplied in unopened, sealed packaging, unfortunately I will not be able to proceed with the order. I have one more important question before placing my order. On your website, I noticed the note that in some cases the phone may arrive in an already unsealed box (for example, because you remove the warranty card, etc.). For my purchase, it is very important that the phone is shipped in its original, factory-sealed packaging with intact seals. Hello Etoren team, I am interested in purchasing the Xiaomi 15 5G (12GB/512GB) from your store. Before I place the order, I would like to confirm two things: 1. ROM version: Can you please confirm that this model is the official Global version with HyperOS MIXM, and not the EEA (EUXM) or China (CNXM) version? 2. Invoice for business use: I plan to purchase as a self-employed individual in the EU (Czech rep.). Is it possible to receive a proper VAT invoice (with or without VAT, depending on EU rules), so that I can use it for tax purposes? Or is the “EU VAT included” price final with no option for VAT deduction? Thank you very much for clarifying these two points. I would like to proceed with the order once I have your confirmation. Hi, this model is the Global version, it is not the EEA (EUXM) or China (CNXM) version. We are not a registered company in Europe. Hence, we are unable to provide VAT invoice with Europe VAT number. You can download the invoice issued by us in your order history page, but it is our format of invoice. Thank you. |
