Sito affidabile, nessuna spesa di sdoganamento, la spedizione è partita da un magazzino francese, il telefono è arrivato il primo giorno indicato nella previsione di consegna tramite DHL. Ovviamente il telefono è esattamente quello che ho ordinato. Telefono nuovo all'interno del suo imballaggio con tutti i sigilli di fabbrica.

So far, I absolutely love the Customer Service. Quick and helpful responses at any time. Also, the Device came in a good shape, safe box and with DHL Express - very good choice. I have not had the opportunity to use it yet, so, no feedback about the mobile phone at this point. 1 star less, because the declaration about the value was only 20% of what I actually paid. That caused trouble with customs authorities, and this way, the shipment also lost a whole week. - they fixed it. Customs fee/duties were taken care of by Etoren themselves. Conclusion: if the device works as expected, I'd gladly use Etoren again - but with the need to remind em of correct declaration instead of undervaluing, to avoid trouble and loss of time.
