Sony a7Cは、24MPセンサーと5軸手ぶれ補正機構を備えたコンパクトなフルフレームミラーレスカメラです。ハイエンドモデルと同じハイブリッドオートフォーカスシステムを搭載し、人間と動物の両方に「リアルタイムトラッキング」とアイAFを搭載。カメラはオートフォーカスで10fpsでバーストを撮影できます。

a7Cは、オーバーサンプリングされた4Kフッテージを30p（1.6xクロップ）および24pでキャプチャします。 HLGとS-Log2 / 3、スロー＆クイックモーション、フルHD / 120 fpsキャプチャをサポートし、AFシステムはビデオ用に最適化されています。カメラには3.5mmマイク入力がありますが、ヘッドフォンソケットはありません。

本体は頑丈な造りで、耐候性と防塵性があります。このカメラは、完全に関節式のタッチスクリーンディスプレイと2.36Mドットの電子ビューファインダーを備えています。ハイエンドのアルファと同じNP-FZ100バッテリーを使用し、ファインダーで680枚、液晶で740枚の写真を撮影できます。カメラはUSBTypeCポートを介して充電できます。
