Hi Etoren Team, How are you? : China, Europe, USA, etc are inspected and taxed as accord with the declare value on the package. Is there any problem I can return the package and the payment will be refund ,if the customs don't authrize this product? Thank you for answer |

Hello, unfortunately we are not able to accept return/refund due to custom issues. Shipping charges are incurred and taxes are imposed regardless if you wish to cancel the shipment. Therefore, please check the custom regulations in your country before making an order. |
