Hello, I have sent again this message but received no reply so not sure if you have seen it: Could you please let me know if the S21 5G 256 Grey Dual Sim you have is the EU model and it is brand new with the original factory seals on the box? Thank you in advance for your time. |

hello, Samsung Galaxy S21 5G model number SM-G9910 is not an EU model. It is Hongkong version with Snapdragon Processor instead of Samsung Exynos.
