It is still impossible to see exactly how the devices are filmed, since Samsung has not yet finalized the software and does not allow bloggers to fully test the photo modules. Hardware and Performance In terms of performance, both smartphones are identical to each other, since it is the same chipset - Exynos 990 (8 cores, 2x Mongoose M5, up to 2.73 GHz + 2x Cortex-A75, up to 2.5 GHz + 4x Cortex-A55, up to 2 GHz). The processor is built according to the 7nm process technology and is comparable to the top solution from Qualcomm - Snapdragon 865 (it will be released on this chip only in the USA). Only one thing can be said - the Exynos 990 allows you to play games at ultra-graphics settings and has a safety margin for at least 2 years in advance. As for the memory, the differences here lie only in the storage size: the Ultra version will receive from 8 to 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and a 256/512 GB UFS 3.1 drive; The Galaxy Note 20 comes with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of user storage. At the same time, the Note 20 Ultra has an additional slot for memory cards, while the usual Note 20 does not. Other Device Specifications Here are the battery capacity for both devices: 4300 mAh for the standard version and 4500 mAh for the ultra. Both devices support 25W fast charging, 15W wireless charging, and up to 50% wireless charging in just 15 minutes. A fingerprint scanner is built into the display. What New iPhones Apple Will Show On September, Apple will unveil four smartphone devices, three improved 2019 models and one completely new model. For the first time in a long time, Apple will show a device with an enlarged display up to 6.7 inches - the current maximum is 6.5 inches. The iPhone 11 and 11 Pro receivers will have a similar 6.1-inch display. The most interesting novelty will be the base model with a 5.4-inch screen - the iPhone 12. That is, the device will turn out to be a logical continuation of the first generation of the iPhone SE, and users will finally get a real second iteration of SE, albeit under a different name. In terms of power, the new chipset should be 15% more powerful than its predecessor Apple A13, and energy efficiency should improve by 30%. There is unconfirmed information about the passage of the Apple A14 Bionic synthetic benchmark GeekBench, in which the chip scored 4,612 points, which is higher than the powerful A12X installed in the iPad Pro 2020 (4,568 points). Against the background of Qualcomm, such a result looks monstrous at all, since the Snapdragon 865 demonstrates only 3,520 points. Battery Capacity of Future iPhones of The 12th Series Rumours regarding batteries and power supplies are somewhat contradictory and may seems a little strange. The third piece of news concerns the battery capacity of future iPhones. There is evidence that the smallest representative of the new line will receive a 2,227 mAh battery. 6.1-inch devices will receive a 2,775 mAh battery, and the maximum is prepared for the 6.7-inch iPhone 12 Pro Max - a whopping 3,687 mAh. In fact, this is much less than last year's iPhone 11, where the minimum battery capacity was 3,050 mAh, and the maximum was almost 4,000 mAh. Even the fact that the technical process of the new chip will be equal to 5 nanometres instead of seven does not mean to say that the battery capacity will not suffer. After all, the power will grow, and the 5G modem does not really care about the process technology, so the new iPhones will receive less battery capacity than their predecessors.

All four smartphones differ in appearance is not strong, but in body materials and everything is identical: plastic cover and tempered glass that covers the screen. However, we've all got used to this kind of thing and now it's more important what's inside, what characteristics the devices have. Here smartphones can really offer users different performance, cameras and battery capacity. Now let's take a closer look at the question. The Samsung Galaxy A31 - overview, features and price. The Galaxy A31 is a strong budget machine with a very advanced filling. First of all, it differs from its competitors by its AMOLED screen with a built-in fingerprint scanner. Also it has a good, we can say, gaming processor, which allows you to play even the heaviest projects on the medium and low settings of graphics with high FPS. The camera offers 4 photomodules, although in practice the sense is only from three: the main, wide angle and depth sensor (for portrait photos). The front also shoots well in sufficient light. There is NFC, which is important, and a battery of 5000 mAh provides you with more than 2 days of use. At the same time, there is a quick charge, even if only by 15 W. On average, for this smartphone is asked from 240 -260 USD and it is not much, given the advantages of the device. The disadvantages can only be attributed to the plastic housing. In practice, the difference in performance is not noticeable, and in benchmarks it is minimal (in games everything is the same, as an identical video kernel is used). As for cameras - there is no macro camera, which is rarely used and which is PR only by marketers. But the important difference is that the Galaxy A41 is more compact, and significantly, which is why its battery capacity is 1500 mAh less. In other words, the autonomy of the device is about 1.5 days of active use. The cost of a smartphone is about the same as the Galaxy A31. That's why when choosing between these gadgets one should focus only on dimensions and battery. And the serial number of the device indicates that it is higher than the Galaxy A31 and A41. What is it? In reality, the Galaxy A51 is weaker than the younger brothers, not much, but weaker. Moreover, it is expressed both in terms of the processor block and graphics. If you believe Antutu, the difference between Exynos 9611 and Helio G70/P65 on the CPU is insignificant - up to 5% is not in favor of Exynos. But according to the graph, the lag of the Samsung brand chip is significant - up to 30%. It looks strange also because the Galaxy A51 has a 3-core G72-accelerator, and the younger brothers - G52 with only 2 cores. The price of the smartphone also ranges from USD300 (depending on the amount of memory). But if we talk about what to choose, the Galaxy A31 will be preferable for games, however strange it may seem, but for the convenience of the Galaxy A41. The only thing that embarrasses a smartphone is its size, and the plastic case with this price does not fit. Black Shark 3 and 3 Pro - a luminous body and an advanced screen. Black Shark 3 has a 6.67" screen with Full HD+ resolution, DCI-P3 color scheme covers all 100% of NTSC space and brightness does not exceed 500 nit. Black Shark 3 Pro looks even more interesting in terms of screen part - it is Quad HD+ resolution of 7.1 inches. Both use AMOLED sensor, 90 Hz image refresh rate and 270 Hz touch layer refresh rate. Both screens also support MEMS and HDR+ technologies. As for the housing - the back of the devices has a symmetrical design with two large triangles, one with cameras and the other with magnetic contacts for charging. In the center there is a logo in the form of the letter S, which has an LED that sparkles with all the colors of the rainbow. In total, the devices have four different colours: light black, dark grey, silver and bright pink. The Antutu, Black Shark 3 and 3 Pro synthetic testers score between 580,000 and almost 600,000 points, which is a lot - both of them top the list. The devices have from 8 to 12 GB of RAM of the new fast LPDDR5 standard with frequency up to 2750 MHz. This allows smartphones to work with memory faster by 50%, while reducing power consumption by 20%. Black Shark 3 also features a 128/256GB UFS 3.0 drive, while the 3 Pro model features a 256/512GB drive. Don't forget the various memory acceleration technologies (TurboWrite and HPB 2.0) and Performance Engine + Tencent Game SolarCore. Also, the JoyUI operating system itself is optimized to run games, although it is based on MIUI 11. Black Shark 3 and 3 Pro - Networking and Sound Options Both devices work perfectly in 5th generation SA and NSA networks, support high-speed Wi-Fi 6 Internet. Redmi 9, Redmi 9A and 9C - how Xiaomi sees budget smartphones in 2020, gadget review and their characteristics

In 2020 Xiaomi decided to expand its line of low-cost Redmi Note devices to 5 devices. Some smartphones turned out to be very good, but some of the devices in the line cause questions and disputes. However, it wasn't enough for the manufacturer, as this year we are not waiting for the standard set from Redmi 9 and its simplified version Redmi 9A, but for the extended set with additional Redmi 9C middleware. Smartphones with index "C" have been frequently met at Xiaomi before, so no innovation is worth waiting for. We have already learned the partial characteristics of all three smartphones, so let's talk about them in more detail. Redmi 9A is an entry-level smartphone on the new Mediatek chip. The sad fact of 2020 is that none of the forthcoming budget makers in the Redmi 9 line will have a Snapdragon processor. Whether it is a single case or the beginning of everyday practice, only time will show, but now we have what we have. Redmi 9A is the most entry-level smartphone with the simplest technical equipment. Externally, the device also does not stand out - it is a standard frameless device with a drop-shaped neckline and plastic housing. However, unlike the models of previous years, the novelty should finally be equipped with a fingerprint scanner on the back panel and a USB Type-C port. Will the Micro USB disappear from the cheapest devices forever? Most likely, yes. About iron - the new Mediatek Helio G25 with Mali-G31 video accelerator and 3/32 GB of memory will work inside the smartphone. The first thing I liked was the absence of the 2/16 GB version, as this amount of memory is objectively not enough anymore. As for the Mediatek Helio G25 processor itself, there's no information about its specifications on the Internet. Nevertheless, we managed to find out that in Antutu it produces about 100,000 points, which is comparable to the power of the eight-core Snapdragon 632. That is, Redmi 9A is not bad for games, not to mention the fast Android system (probably, version 10). Also the smartphone will offer a single main camera for 13 MP and 5 MP frontal. Screen of the device will get a diagonal of 6.53 inches with a resolution of IPS-matrix 1600 x 720 points. Battery capacity will be 5000 mAh, mentioned support for memory cards up to 512 GB and infrared sensor to control household appliances. NFC module smartphone will not get! Redmi 9C is an excellent medium for your money. As it should have been expected, Redmi 9C will really be an intermediate variant between Redmi 9A and Redmi 9. However, in terms of power and overall positioning, it will be located closer to Redmi 9A. The smartphone will receive a display similar in characteristics to the camera (only the main 13 MP will be added 5 MP macro camera and 2 MP depth sensor), the same battery for 5000 mAh, Type-C, and fingerprint scanner. The device will be differed by the processor - it has a more powerful Mediatek Helio G35, but the video-core will remain the same - Mali-G31. That is, in games, the smartphone will not be able to prove itself better. The memory capacity of the smartphone will be 3/64 GB with support for memory cards up to 512 GB. There is no NFC. - There is also information that a separate version of Redmi 9C with NFC module will be released, but instead, the device will lose 5 MP of macro camera. Redmi 9 is an entry-level gaming smartphone. The older model in Redmi 9 lineup will get not only powerful iron, but also advanced cameras, more interesting display. With the same diagonal of 6.53 inches IPS-matrix resolution will be already Full HD+ (2400 x 1080), and for the work of the gadget will be responsible productive Mediatek Helio G70. To make it clearer, this chipset in terms of power can be compared to the famous Snapdragon 665. This is already a gaming solution, which will be enough for all modern Android projects. In addition, the minimum amount of memory in the smartphone will be 4/64 GB. The main camera device will offer a bunch of 13 MP + 8 MP (width) + 5 MP macro camera and 2 MP depth sensor. On June 3rd, the sub-brand of Huawei, a division of Honor, has scheduled a large presentation, which included two new smartphones. They all belong to the same lineup - Honor Play. The company showed Honor Play 4 with 5G and Pro version of the device. The novelties received advanced basic cameras, productive hardware, as well as one feature - a high-precision temperature sensor. The latest innovation is especially relevant in a pandemic, when for greater safety it is desirable to change the body temperature from time to time. In this case, the sensor can accurately determine the temperature of other things, so that in the home it will be a lot of good. Honor Play 4 (5G) - Overview and features The first thing to say is that Honor Play 4 5G has no function of measuring body temperature. Although earlier rumours had it that all models would receive a similar sensor, in fact it turned out to be a Pro version of Play 4. The smartphone looks little different from the more advanced version offers a stylish 6.81-inch frameless screen with Full HD+ resolution. Redmi 10X - first look at the smartphone, detailed characteristics of Medaitek Dimensity 820 and comparison with Snapdragon 765G.

Few days ago was an announcement, during which two companies Xiaomi and Mediatek shared some interesting news. The first news is the introduction of the Mediatek Dimensity 820, a sub-family flagship processor. The second - based on this chip first smartphone Redmi 10X will be released, which will open a new line of gadgets subbrand Redmi. In today's article we want to introduce you not only the upcoming smartphone, which will be officially introduced in a week, but also to tell you more about the latest chip from Mediatek, which is 300% smarter than Snapdragon 765G. Redmi 10X - preliminary review The new smartphone from Redmi is not just another novelty, but a device that opens a new line of gadgets. What is the reason for the index "X" in the name so far nobody knows, there is no information on this subject, but there is a suggestion that now this index will mean the presence of processors from Mediatek in smartphones. That is, we will also see the familiar Redmi 10 and Redmi Note 10 in 2020, only they will be based on Snapdragon chips. Redmi 10X will be released very soon and it will be the first device with the latest Mediatek Dimensity 820 on board. The processor is very powerful and despite the fact that it should compete with the Snapdragon 765G, but practically the chip from Mediatek is more productive than the American opponent, and significantly. It's also known that Redmi 10X will get a large 6.57-inch OLED screen with Full HD+ resolution, a 48 MP main camera (and three more sensors), a 4420 mAh battery and memory from 6/64 GB to 8/256 GB. On sale the smartphone should appear in four interesting colors: lilac, gold, silver and sea wave colors. According to the design it should be said that there are no special differences from Redmi Note 9 Pro. Redmi 10X similarly has an ATV camera enclosed in a rectangular platform in the center of the rear panel, an opening in the display for the front camera, and the body is similarly made of glass and metal. In both smartphones, the back cover has the same rounded edges on the sides.   Redmi 10X - details on Mediatek Dimensity 820 processor The Dimensity 820 is not a top-of-the-line chipset from Mediatek and is on par with the Snapdragon 765G, or even an updated version of the Snapdragon 768G. However, the Taiwan processor is much more productive than the U.S. competitor, as evidenced not only by Mediatek's own graphics, but also by Antutu benchmark data. Thus, if Snapdragon 765G scores up to 310,000 points, and 768G is 20% more powerful (in theory, up to 380,000 points), Dimensity 820 easily achieves 415,000 points. When comparing the Dimensity 820 with the Snapdragon 765G in the GeekBench 4.2 benchmark, the results are astounding. In single-core mode, "Taiwanese" is 7% more powerful, while in multi-core mode it exceeds "American" by 37%. That's not all - if you take applications sharpened for artificial intelligence, the gap here is 300%, and in favor of Dimensity 820! As for the processor itself: it is based on a 7-nm processor and includes four powerful Cortex-A76 cores in the upper block and the same number of energy efficient Cortex-A55 cores in the lower block. The maximum clock frequency is 2.6 GHz, and the Mali-G57 MC5 video core is responsible for graphics acceleration. Also, a feature of the chipset is not just support for 5G networks, and work in 5-th generation networks with two SIM cards at once. We add a variety of technologies such as HyperEngine 2.0 (network optimization during gamaming), support for displays with an update rate of up to 120 Hz, low power consumption and get the ideal inexpensive chip for budget smartphones.   Redmi 10X - when the smartphone and its price will be released The official presentation of the gadget is due on May 26. On it Redmi will tell about all chips of the new smartphone, as well as demonstrate the work of Dimensity in real conditions. The cost of the device is not disclosed yet, but since we are dealing with the processor from Mediatek, the cost of Redmi 10X will obviously be lower than the cost of any device running on Snapdragon 765G. It means that we will get a cheaper analogue of Redmi Note 9 Pro, at the same time winning in performance.
