i bought a mi 11 ultra 12gig 256 of storage and they said its new not used but what i recieved it was used already with scratch and no screen protector and case was dirty already the sad part is i paid for new and i recieve a used phone i dont understand why they do that im really sad because i paid for new not used and my money was waste for something i didnt expect and i order for 512 gig but they said they only have 256gig because i want white color i said its ok because they said they will pay me back the difference of the price and they didnt pay me back and now i have a used phone not brand new WHY YIU DIDT THAT TO ME?i dont understand i paid what you ask but you didnt send me a new phone WHY?just PLEASE dont do that with your COSTUMERS but i wish the best for your business just think about the people that trusted in you like me

The phone arrived on the due date, but the updates for the shipping only said shipped but the tracking was awful. So communication is not the best but as I said the phone arrived on the due date. Would I use Etoren again? Yes I would as I know they do what they promise even if they are not the best at communication. If they could offer a rom flashing with Google pay working for Europe, like other sellers, they would be great as many don't want to have the hassle of flashing a ROM for the global market . If they ever offer a flashed phone service I would be a regular customer.
